BDC Representative (Business Development Center)

What You'll Do:
Answer inbound sales and service inquiries
Make outbound follow-up calls and send texts/emails
Schedule customer appointments
Deliver exceptional customer service
Work closely with our Sales and Service teams

What We're Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Customer service or call center experience is a plus—but we'll train the right person!
