Join Nippon Express Singapore as a Customer Service Coordinator and gain hands-on exposure to customer service, shipment coordination, import/export documentation and inventory operations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide customer service support via phone and email
• Prepare shipping and import/export documents
• Monitor shipment clearance and delivery status
• Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
• Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, carriers and subcontractors
• Support invoicing and general operational duties
