Customer Service Coordinator (Aerospace Industry) #NKC

Location: Loyang (Pickup from Tampines P.Ris, Sengkang, Kranji)
Working hours: 7.30am to 4.48pm

Process sales orders, order amendments, and engineering changes accurately and promptly in the ERP system.

Prepare and follow up on repair quotations in accordance with approval guidelines.

Provide customers with regular updates on repair status and order progress.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, expedite orders, and manage shipment schedules.

Handle customer enquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.

Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and product data in the ERP system.

Prepare and maintain repair capability listings and product catalogues.

Review purchase orders and contracts to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies.

Support customer RFQ (Request for Quotation) activities and prepare reports for management.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service efficiency.

Provide backup support within the Customer Service team and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
