Customer Service Executive (12 Months Contract) x3 #JRP

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount.

What You’ll Do

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and live chat.
• Resolve enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up on outstanding cases and assist with customer appeals.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business or related studies.
• Previous insurance background is an added advantage.
• Friendly, customer-focused, and comfortable speaking with different customers.
