Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries, requests and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, service agreements and related documents.
• Follow up on quotations, POs, payments and maintenance contracts.
• Maintain customer relationships, conduct customer visits and gather feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments on customer requests and work orders.
• Prepare sales and quotation reports and maintain proper records.
• Support credit control, marketing and business development activities.
• Keep updated on market and industry information.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Studies, Office Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant customer service/sales support experience.
• Experience in service, industrial products or building-related industries is an advantage.
• Good English and Chinese communication skills to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Customer-oriented, meticulous and well-organized.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
