CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE | BASIC $3,300–$4,500 | EAST

Salary Package

• Basic Salary: $3,300–$4,500

• Completion Bonus

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM

• May be required to support standby duties on rotation (Additional $500 allowance)

Location

• Changi North

• Company transport provided from Pasir Ris, Tampines, Sengkang & Punggol

Job Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales customer service and account support

• Prepare sales quotations and follow up with customers until closure

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution

• Prepare customer status reports, monthly sales reports and KPI records

• Coordinate with internal departments and external customers on account-related matters

• Support shipping, invoicing and logistics coordination

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in ERP system

• Assist with warranty claims, spare parts inventory and customer agreements

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
