Customer Service Executive
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team across our fitness clubs and swimming academies in Doha. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and be able to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist members, guests, and parents professionally.
- Handle memberships, registrations, bookings, check-ins, and general customer inquiries.
- Provide information about memberships, fitness classes, swimming programs, schedules, and club services.
- Promote memberships, personal training, swimming lessons, and other services.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, social media, and in person.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with trainers, swimming coaches, and internal departments to support daily operations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in internal systems.
- Manage class and swimming session bookings and assist members with scheduling.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with attendance tracking and general administrative duties.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and health and safety standards.
- Contribute to a positive and professional customer-focused environment.
