Customer Service Executive - West - 5 Working days

Summary Benefits:

• Salary range: $2600-$2800
• 5 days (includes weekends)
• Off days on Monday & Tuesday
• Location: Short walking distance from Bukit Batok MRT
• Industry: Chinese enrichment and tuition Centre
• Yearly increment & Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Greet students and parents, and assist them with basic information.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries about classes and schedules.
• Support student registration, admission, and collect tuition payments.
• Maintain and update student records for administrative purposes.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.

Requirements:

• Candidates with Customer Service/Reception/ Concierge/ Sales Admin/ Coordinator experience are welcome to apply.
• Able to work during weekends.
