Customer Service (Mandarin, Cantonese & English)

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Handling inbound calls & emails from customers
- Providing solutions for customer issues & problems
- Maintaining good relations with customers and brand
- Handling customer inquiries

Requirements:
- Candidates must be fluent in English and/or Mandarin
- Candidates must be able to work during odd hours (Rotational Night Shift)
