Team AutoPro is looking for 2 Part-Time Reporting Staff to join our team.
No experience? No problem. Full training will be provided.
What matters most is that you are responsible, willing to learn, comfortable with computers, and able to communicate well.

💰 Salary

$1,600 – $2,300 per month
Based on experience, skills and suitability.

🗓️ Work Arrangement

• 4-Day Work Week
• 2 Vacancies Available
• Work place: Sin Ming Autocity, 160 Sin Ming Drive

💻 What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and submit accident reports
• Enter and update customer and accident information accurately
• Prepare supporting documents and notices
• Handle emails and basic administrative follow-ups
• Check documents and information for accuracy
• Communicate with customers when additional information is required
• Maintain proper records and documentation
• Support the team with general reporting and administrative duties
• Conduct courtesy follow-up calls to customers

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Good written and spoken English
• Good spoken Chinese
• Good PC/computer knowledge is very important
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email and online systems
• Careful and detail-oriented
• Able to type and enter information accurately
• Responsible, organised and dependable
• Able to work independently after training
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle several tasks and priorities at the same time
