- Process customer orders
- Assist customers by phone and email
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
- Track orders and resolve issues
- Deliver outstanding customer service

- Customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer and order entry experience
- Positive attitude
- Food distribution experience is a plus!
