What You'll Do
- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Track orders from start to delivery
- Answer customer questions via phone and email
- Help with shipping, returns, and product inquiries
- Keep records organized and up to date
- Communicate proactively with customers and team members
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills (phone + email)

- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Punctual with reliable transportation
- No experience required – we will train the right person
