Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Appleton, Wisconsin. You’ll work from our newly renovated office alongside a supportive team that works together, owns mistakes, and is committed to creating a world-class experience for every customer.

In this role, you’ll be a key resource for our customers, managing quotes and orders, responding promptly to requests, providing accurate delivery information, and serving as the primary resource for walk-in customers. You’ll build strong customer relationships that help retain and grow business while proactively addressing issues and identifying opportunities. We’re looking for someone with a customer-first mindset, strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, and a professional presence who genuinely enjoys connecting with people.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of foundational B2B customer service experience, along with familiarity with an ERP system and proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications. Accuracy, responsiveness, organization, and a willingness to take ownership are important to success in this role.
