Customer Service Specialist (Medical Devices) Ref: GAS

An established MNC, which is a global provider of medical technologies, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!

Job Responsibilities:

Handle the full spectrum of order fulfilment from order receipt to invoicing
Ensure orders are accurately entered into SAP
Manage and review and backlog and shipment matters and update customers in a timely manner
Respond in a timely and professional manner to customers inquires and feedback/complaints; help to resolve and manage and order issues
Work with internal stakeholders from other departments to support the timely delivery of products to customers
Other ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/ Supply Chain or equivalent
Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Order fulfilment; preferably with APAC exposure
Proficient in MS Excel
Good working knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
