Customer Support(Voice&Non-Voice)
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle voice and non-voice queries efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in English and Tamil, and be capable of handling customer inquiries with empathy. The role requires familiarity with WhatsApp handling, basic email management, and a quick learning ability for e-commerce operations.
As part of the team, you will undergo 3 months of training to ensure you provide exceptional support to our customers. A basic understanding of sales is a plus, and prior experience in e-commerce customer support or e-commerce agency support is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Provide clear and structured responses to customer inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with empathy.
- Assist customers with e-commerce-related concerns.
- Maintain customer records and update internal systems.
- Support sales and upselling when needed.
- Participate in a structured training program to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements
✅ Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil (mandatory).
✅ Experience in voice and non-voice customer support preferred.
✅ Ability to handle WhatsApp and basic email support.
✅ Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
✅ Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
✅ 1 to 2 years of sales experience preferred.
✅ Prior experience in e-commerce customer support is an advantage.
✅ Quick learner with a basic understanding of e-commerce.
✅ Ability to handle customers with empathy and professionalism.
