ABOUT THE PROJECT

Our technology teams work closely with global business units to design and build secure digital services used by millions of customers worldwide. We also manage critical IT infrastructure, data centres, and core systems that support large-scale international operations.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team including DevOps engineers, architects, developers, infrastructure specialists, and cyber security experts.

We are currently looking for a Lead SME – Cryptography who will support cryptography security assurance reviews and provide consultancy services in this domain.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing requests in ServiceNow within agreed SLA

• Responding to queries related to cryptography

• Handling priority tasks in a timely manner

• Escalating and clarifying non-standard requests

• Identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements

• Supporting continuous data quality enhancement

• Identifying and reporting cryptography-related issues
