Job Description:
We are seeking Analytics professionals with solid consulting industry experience in servicing Pharmaceutical & Life Science industry clients for our office in Gurugram.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic decision-making support for global pharmaceutical companies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and implement client solutions with a focus on client satisfaction across solution areas and industry verticals.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• Work closely with the Technology and Product Management groups to refine analytical tools and develop new client solutions.
• Make presentations and recommendations to clients on optimal customer, sales, and marketing strategies and tactics.
• Develop and maintain skills to the highest standards consistent with best practices and emerging trends in analytics.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Understanding of the global pharmaceutical industry and healthcare systems in key markets.
• Ability to generate hypotheses based on business objectives, integrate and synthesize findings from multiple sources, and apply analytics to enable informed strategic decision-making.
• Relevant expertise in using analytic tools such as Excel, Access, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI and ability to quickly master new packages when needed.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate actionable analytical findings even to a non-technical audience in clear and concise language.
• Proven ability to frame a business issue, design the right solution, and deliver results.
• Ability to lead projects.
• Experience working with large datasets.
