  • Maintain reporting calendars and proactively manage data requirements and deadlines for MBRs, QBRs, and other client deliverables.
  • Ensure consistent reporting methodologies and metric definitions across reporting periods.

Cross-Functional Data Management

  • Work cross-functionally with FRM Leadership, Operations, Client Services, Data & Analytics, IT, Finance, Training, HUB teams, and other internal stakeholders to gather and validate program data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple client programs to understand reporting requirements and business objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between operational teams and technical/data teams to translate business questions into reporting and analytical requirements.
  • Support alignment between FRM activity data and other available program data to provide a more comprehensive view of performance.
  • Establish strong working relationships with program leaders to understand program-specific workflows, data sources, client expectations, and reporting requirements.

Multi-Platform Reporting

  • Work with data originating from platforms such as CRM systems, Salesforce, Veeva, Power BI, FRM portals, HUB platforms, client systems, Excel-based trackers, and other reporting environments.
  • Identify inconsistencies or gaps between data sources and work with appropriate stakeholders to resolve data-quality concerns.
  • Maintain strong documentation regarding data definitions, source systems, reporting methodologies, and calculation logic.
  • Support the development of standardized reporting processes that reduce manual reporting and improve consistency across FRM programs.
