Data Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to build and maintain software applications and data solutions that support business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, experience working with databases, and the ability to develop reliable and scalable systems.

You will work closely with software developers, business users, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications.
• Develop and support data processing programs.
• Build and improve system functions based on business requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Fix bugs and troubleshoot system issues.
• Perform testing before software deployment.
• Maintain and improve existing applications.
• Work with databases to store and retrieve information.
• Create reports and support business users when required.
• Participate in system enhancement and new project implementation.
• Prepare technical documentation.
• Ensure applications perform efficiently and securely.
• Support production systems and resolve issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5–8 years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with application development.
• Good understanding of database design and SQL.
• Experience working throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
