Data Engineer
Build and scale the data platform by designing and implementing reusable data models for the data warehouse and BI, transforming and documenting data sources, applying data governance, improving analytics engineering workflows, and delivering tailored data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance, reusable, and scalable data models for the data warehouse and BI
- Continuously discover, transform, test, deploy, and document data sources and data models
- Apply and help define data warehouse governance, including data quality, testing, documentation, coding best practices, and peer reviews
- Improve and optimize analytics engineering workflows and platforms
- Engage with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored data solutions
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Significant experience with cloud providers
- Strong experience modeling data warehouses and building data pipelines
- Hands-on experience with ClickHouse, Kafka, and Airflow
- Experience with Python for data processing is a plus
