Data Governance Program Lead (T1)

The Data Governance Program Lead is the operational center of gravity for CAS's data governance program. This is not a policy-writing role or a compliance checkpoint; this is an active strategy-to-tactical leadership position responsible for maturing governance from its current consumption-layer foundation into a business-wide discipline spanning data creation, enrichment, and consumption. Business data domains are prioritized through business value creation, sequencing depth of effort to where governance maturity moves the business furthest, fastest. This position will establish and run a Data Steward Council, serve as an operational contributor to data catalog maturity, and contribute to the design of a semantic model layer supporting self-service analytics and AI-ready data products.
