Data Integration Analyst
The Data Integration Analyst owns the end-to-end onboarding and normalization of external trade, market, reference, news, and corporate-event data into a standardized schema. The role maps source fields, coordinates with clients and vendors, validates feeds through UAT, maintains documentation, monitors data quality, and resolves schema gaps with product and R&D teams.
Responsibilities
- Onboard client trade data into the normalized target format and specify transmission methods.
- Coordinate and integrate market data feeds, including Level 1 and Level 2 depth.
- Handle news, corporate-event, client-reference, and other vendor feeds.
- Drive integrations from initial samples through validated production ingestion and UAT.
- Maintain mapping documentation and source-to-target references.
- Monitor feed health and data quality, flag anomalies, and communicate schema gaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial or Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in data integration, data analysis, support, technical onboarding, or business and operations analysis.
- High attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with structured data, schemas, field-level mapping, and tabular formats.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong service orientation and ownership.
- Exposure to data integration, ETL, or adapter development workflows.
- Scripting or query experience such as Python or SQL.
- Experience with financial or market data or trading systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with Level 1 and Level 2 market data and order and execution lifecycle concepts is a plus.
