Data Scientist - Human Capital Analytics
What you’ll do day-to-day
- Use inferential statistics and social science research methods to conduct internal studies for business leaders, enabling them to make data-informed decisions about their people.
- Run analyses with people data, write reports that weave insights together into a compelling narrative, and develop visualizations for an executive audience.
- Work on a range of people analytics projects related to recruiting and talent assessment, development, management, and retention.
Who we’re looking for
- A bachelor’s degree or higher and at least three years of relevant work experience analyzing data in a business setting are required.
- Proficiency managing and analyzing data using scripting languages such as Python or R. Advanced, knowledge of Excel, and intermediate SQL skills are preferred.
- A demonstrated foundation in statistics is required, with a preference for experience in social science research methods.
- A willingness to dive into details, collaborate effectively, and drive projects to completion is crucial, as is the ability to exercise discretion with confidential information.
- Interest in generative AI and a desire to use it to improve and reimagine tools, workflows, and deliverables.
- People analytics experience is preferred but not required.
