The Data & Systems Analyst involves helping organizations make informed decisions. They often collaborate with members, vendors, and other internal departments to understand their needs and provide actionable recommendations Closely partners with OCHIN leaders and subject matter experts to implement products, services, or software to enhance members' Epic experience. May include providing project management and coordination for select projects and department initiatives.
Essential Functions:
- Determine short- and long-term system objectives, collect, and make recommendations for system enhancements, organizational policies, and process changes.
- Generate high quality, readily interpretable deliverables (workbooks).
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve systems and processes for assigned.
- Build, maintain, and continuously seek opportunities to improve vendor and member relationships.
- Collaborate with technical resources and members to ensure quality product configuration
- Other duties as assigned.
