Delivery Operations Analyst

This data analyst role works directly with clients during data ingestion, investigates discrepancies and missing data volumes, supports delivery workflows, performs reconciliations and validation, uses AI tools to improve operations, and maintains clear documentation and handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients in external Slack channels during data ingestion, driving investigations, reconciling balances, and resolving missing volume issues.
• Identify discrepancies in large client datasets, investigate root causes, and produce actionable outputs.
• Support Core and Broker delivery workflows as a specialist resource for data-related issues.
• Help the Advisory team with reconciliation, data validation, and exception resolution.
• Use AI tools to speed investigations, automate repetitive tasks, and improve workflows.
• Turn open issues into clear, well-scoped requests with sufficient context for handoffs.
• Maintain process notes, issue summaries, handoff materials, and other operational documentation.
• Surface blockers and risks early, coordinate across teams, and make sound escalation decisions.

Requirements

• Strong data analyst instincts and independent problem-solving ability.
• Solid Excel skills and comfort working with large, messy datasets.
• Fluency with AI tools for investigation and task automation.
• Clear, precise communication in client channels, handoffs, and scoped requests.
• Experience in delivery, operations, or a client-facing environment where data accuracy matters.
• Ability to manage competing priorities without losing detail or clarity.
• Comfort working across teams in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Experience with reconciliation, digital assets, or scripting and automation is a plus.
