Dental Laboratory Technician cum Laboratory Manager

We are looking for an organised Dental Laboratory Technician to manage our in-house dental laboratory while performing hands-on laboratory work. This role combines technical expertise with laboratory coordination to ensure high-quality and timely patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Dental Laboratory

• Fabricate, repair, and modify retainers, mouthguards, whitening trays, and other removable appliances.
• Pour and trim models, perform digital scanning, and maintain quality standards.
• Complete laboratory work accurately and on schedule.

Laboratory and Dental Equipment Management

• Oversee daily laboratory operations and workflow.
• Coordinate cases with dentists and external laboratories.
• Maintain dental equipment, inventory, licensing, documentation.
• Ensure quality control, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
• Train staff, improve workflows, and support continuous service excellence.
