Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Deputy CFO)

Job Summary:

Our client, a leading company in the real estate sector, is hiring a Deputy CFO to support the CFO in managing all financial operations. This role focuses on financial strategy, planning, reporting, and risk management to ensure financial health and support business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for real estate projects.
• Provide financial analysis for investments, divestitures, and capital allocation.
• Oversee daily finance operations: GL, AP, AR, payroll.
• Monitor financial risks, cash flow, and working capital.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements (P&L, BS, CF) per GAAP/IFRS.
• Manage compliance, audits, tax, and regulatory reporting.
• Support and develop the finance team.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• 8-10 years of finance experience, with 35 years in a senior role.

• Strong FP&A, reporting, and financial systems skills.

• Proficiency in data analytics tools.

• Experience in the real estate or property development sector is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM12:00 PM & 1:00 PM5:30 PM

• Lunch: 12:00 PM1:00 PM
