What You’ll Be Doing
The Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) is looking for a collaborative, solutions-driven professional to take ownership of our design and construction projects from conception to completion. You’ll join a team that manages over 2 million square feet of facility space and 32,000 acres of land, supporting critical state and federal missions.
In this role, you will lead the entire project lifecycle—shepherding projects all the way from initial planning, scoping, and design, through contract administration, construction, and final closeout. As the central point of contact, you will drive coordination by bringing together end-users, agency leaders, and design consultants to deliver seamless, practical, and cost-effective solutions.
