Design Drafter (M&E)
Location: Paya Lebar
Position: Design Draftsperson
Salary: $3000 - $5000 + VB
Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed mechanical and electrical design drawings, schematics, and layouts using CAD software. Ensure all designs meet project specifications and standards.
- Work closely with engineers and project managers to understand design requirements and make necessary adjustments. Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for design modifications, project specifications, and technical reports.
- Review designs for accuracy and compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Conduct design checks and revisions as needed.
- Address design issues and provide solutions that enhance the functionality and efficiency of M&E systems.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in CAD or design drafting are a plus.
- 2 years of experience as a Design Draftsperson
- Proficiency in CAD software (Revit) and strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
