Designer

You'll help shape DWF Labs' visual output across brand, marketing, and digital touchpoints, with supporting work on product and web interfaces. You'll create polished work across product and interface design, UI/UX, social media, campaigns, presentations, web assets, and branded materials while maintaining consistency and strong attention to detail. Web3 experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create visual assets across product, social media, campaigns, presentations, website content, and promotional materials.
• Design product and web UI within established design systems and collaborate with product and development teams.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple concurrent brand systems.
• Design marketing and communications materials for online and offline use.
• Develop creative concepts and campaign visuals with the marketing team.
• Create presentation designs, templates, and pitch materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams.
• Refine visual systems, templates, and design workflows.
• Stay current with design and crypto industry trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic, brand, digital, product, UI/UX, or related design.
• Strong portfolio across branding, digital, marketing, and product/UI design.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing product, web, and user interfaces with UI/UX and responsive design knowledge.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to work across formats and channels while maintaining craft, consistency, and usability.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate brand and product needs into polished output.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Highly responsive, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving team.
• Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, crypto, fintech, or adjacent digital-native industries.
• Awareness of evolving design and crypto trends, references, and standards.
