Developer Evangelist - Community (CIS)
Build Xsolla’s presence in game developer communities across the CIS region, represent the organization at conferences and events, organize meetups and hackathons, create technical content, connect developers with product and technical teams, share community feedback, and improve outreach through engagement insights.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a presence in game developer communities
- Represent Xsolla at conferences, meetups, and industry events
- Organize and participate in meetups, hackathons, and regional gatherings
- Produce articles, blog posts, tutorials, videos, webcasts, social media posts, and developer updates
- Keep content aligned with product releases and best practices
- Collaborate with Developer Marketing to increase content reach and engagement
- Connect developers with Product and Technical teams
- Gather and share community feedback
- Identify lighthouse integration opportunities
- Track content reach, community growth, participation, and developer satisfaction
- Refine outreach tactics using engagement insights
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Developer Advocacy, Community Management, or a related role
- Technical background and software development experience
- Understanding of game development processes and tools across mobile, PC, and web
- Ability to produce technical content in multiple formats
- Presence in online developer communities and public speaking ability
- Strong communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Russian and English
- Ability to travel across the CIS region
