DevOps Engineer

Assist the development team in building and operating infrastructure that supports production sequencer software and test networks. Monitor and manage cloud environments, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and develop tooling for deployment and operations using containers, Terraform, and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Assist with CI/CD pipelines and code management
• Develop and maintain deployment tooling for services
• Operate and troubleshoot containerized workloads
• Automate infrastructure with declarative tools such as Terraform

Requirements

• Experience working with containers in hosted environments
• Experience with Terraform or other declarative cloud operations technologies
• Comfort working in the Linux command line
• Preferred: Experience with Ansible
• Preferred: Experience with AWS container orchestration
• Preferred: Experience with Docker
• Preferred: Experience with GitHub Actions
• Preferred: Experience with Nix
• Preferred: Experience with Rust
• Preferred: Experience with Terraform
