Digital Assistant Branch Manager

The primary purpose of this position is to provide exceptional member service to current and prospective members who choose to conduct their financial business through the Credit Union's digital channels. The Digital Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, mentoring, and supporting the ITM Teller team to ensure consistent service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures. This role oversees the daily operations of Interactive Teller Services while also supporting digital branch functions, including but not limited to online account opening, online loan origination, and member onboarding.
