Digital Inside Sales Representative
Position Summary

The DISR transacts sales directly on inbound inquiries and routes leads as appropriate.

Inventory Visibility & Digital Merchandising
- Maintain accurate online listings of all available inventory across the company website and third-party marketplaces.

- Request and coordinate photos, inspections, and unit evaluations from Operations or the assigned sales rep (particularly for units currently on rent).
- Monitor inventory aging (30/60/90+ days) and flag stale listings for pricing review or renewed marketing push.
Sales Transaction
- Respond to and transact all inbound leads/inquiries directly, negotiating pricing and terms through close, and routing leads as necessary.
- Prepare quotes, paperwork, and coordinate financing, freight/transport costs, and trade details as needed to close.
Logistics, Title & Cross-Team Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for sold units — pickup/delivery scheduling, freight arrangements, and communication with transport or service teams.
- Manage title and registration handling for sold/transferred units.
- Coordinate reconditioning/shop timelines with Operations for trade-ins or units needing service before listing.
- Provide regular status updates to customers, wholesale/auction buyers, and internal sales reps on unit availability, shop/inspection status, and sale progress.
CRM & Reporting

- Track and report on inventory turn, days-to-sale, listing performance, and wholesale/auction volume.
