A leading educational institution is seeking a Digital Marketing and Global Growth Manager to spearhead the expansion of its academic programs across Saudi Arabia, Gulf countries, and global markets, increasing student enrollment and engagement through effective digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and growth strategies locally and internationally.
- Analyze new markets and devise entry strategies for the institution.
- Manage digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and others.
- Attract students, parents, educators, and educational institutions.
- Oversee the customer journey from advertising to registration and payment.
- Develop partnerships and affiliate marketing with influencers and local channels in target countries.
- Manage budgets and optimize CAC, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and revenues.
- Lead the marketing team and external agencies, providing performance reports to management.

Key Success Metrics:
Increase student numbers and revenues, reduce cost per acquisition, achieve positive return on advertising spend, and open new markets for the institution globally.

Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Strong and proven experience in digital marketing and Growth Marketing.
- Previous experience in marketing courses, academies, and educational platforms or EdTech.
- Deep knowledge of the Saudi and Gulf markets, with preferred experience in international markets.
- Experience in Performance Marketing, CRM, Marketing Funnels, and Lead Generation.
- Proficiency in English and the ability to manage campaigns across multiple countries.
- Documented previous record of achieving actual sales and growth, not just managing campaigns and accounts.
