Marketing Executive
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Location: Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle bus provided from AMK MRT Station)
Salary: $3,000 – $4,500
Responsibilities
Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies, including but not limited to AI-driven initiatives, to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement and conversion rates across digital platforms.
Lead content creation and social media management, including regular posting on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and the company website.
Write SEO-optimized blog posts and articles to drive organic traffic growth and improve keyword rankings on Google SERPs.
Boost social media following and engagement through consistent, relevant and platform-tailored content.
Develop and execute a LinkedIn-centric marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
Build and manage the company's LinkedIn presence, including company page updates, article planning, campaign execution and analytics reporting.
Create compelling content with a creative flair, ensuring alignment with brand standards and voice.
Increase current social media leads through influencer collaborations and targeted paid advertising.
Maintain and optimize the company's website, regularly updating it with the latest projects, news and company milestones.
Oversee the company's general information technology requirements and setup.
Operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of initiative and accountability.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Experience in website management and video content creation will be an advantage.
Understanding of personal branding and B2B engagement.
Hands-on experience in SEO/SEM, including SEO optimisation, keyword research and search engine marketing campaigns.
