Senior Business Analyst role partnering with business and technology stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, map current- and future-state processes, perform gap and impact analysis, and collaborate with designers and engineers on backlog and solution design through full project lifecycle.
Job Title: Business Analyst Role Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and solutions. You will partner with stakeholders across business and technology, analyze processes and data, define requirements, and support delivery to achieve measurable business outcomes. Experience: Overall, 12 to 15 years of experience out of which 10+ years of experience into BA role. Track record delivering projects from discovery through deployment and adoption. Key Responsibilities: • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs. • Map current-state vs. future-state processes and identify improvement opportunities. • Perform gap analysis and impact assessment across people, process, data, and technology. • Collaborate with designers, and engineers to refine backlog and solution design
