Direct Support Provider

Spark Community is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work one-on-one with adults with developmental disabilities in their home and community. As a DSP, you'll help individuals with their everyday routines while encouraging independence and helping them live as safely and independently as possible.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed
- Help with meals, household routines, and community activities
- Provide transportation as needed
- Support individuals in reaching personal goals and becoming more independent
- Provide a safe, dependable, and positive environment
- Complete required documentation
Schedule:
This position includes overnight shifts, typically 2:00 PM–8:00 AM. Shifts may fall on weekdays, weekends, and holidays depending on the individual's schedule.

- Comfortable working independently
- Able to work overnight shifts
- Interested in making a difference in someone's everyday life
No experience required! Caregiving experience is helpful, but training is provided for the right candidate.
