Director, Global SDR Operations
Lead a global SDR organization spanning multiple regions, owning outbound and inbound pipeline motions, talent development, playbooks, tooling, KPIs, forecasting, and cross-functional go-to-market alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the global SDR team
- Hold SDRs accountable for pipeline targets
- Build individualized development plans and own SDR ramp-up
- Coach discovery, objection handling, messaging, and selling techniques
- Maintain a talent pipeline and develop sales talent
- Build outbound and inbound playbooks and messaging
- Partner with Growth Marketing and Product Marketing
- Define SQL and SQO criteria and own opportunity handoffs
- Define ICP and TAM targeting
- Own the global SDR playbook
- Manage the SDR tool stack strategy
- Optimize team efficiency processes and workflows
- Define and report team KPIs
- Conduct win-loss analysis
- Forecast pipeline and revenue contribution
- Represent the SDR team in go-to-market planning
Requirements
- 8+ years managing quota-carrying SDR, BDR, or inside sales teams
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones and regions
- Proven track record of achieving pipeline and revenue goals
- Strong B2B outbound and inbound prospecting experience
- Experience with sales engagement tooling and written outreach
- Salesforce
- Outreach or Salesloft
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- ZoomInfo or Apollo
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data-driven performance management and process improvement experience
- Experience hiring, ramping, and developing sales development talent
- Crypto, FinTech, or B2B software sales background preferred
