Director of Enterprise Marketing

Develop and own enterprise go-to-market strategies, define product positioning and messaging, communicate technical value, support revenue growth through demand generation and account-based marketing, lead strategic campaigns and thought leadership, manage a small marketing team and agencies, and track marketing performance and pipeline impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the enterprise go-to-market strategy across product lines
  • Define and refine product positioning and messaging
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to communicate technical value propositions
  • Partner with sales and business development to enable revenue growth through demand generation and account-based marketing
  • Lead strategic campaigns and thought leadership initiatives
  • Manage and mentor a small team of marketing professionals and external partners and agencies
  • Track and report on marketing performance, pipeline impact, and market feedback
  • Forge and manage partnerships with exchanges, hardware resellers, wallet integrators, and payment platforms

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in enterprise B2B or product marketing leadership roles
  • Proven success leading enterprise go-to-market efforts from strategy through execution
  • Strong background in technical marketing and ability to communicate complex product capabilities clearly
  • Prior experience in SaaS, fintech, banking, or payments companies at the enterprise level
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a technical discipline; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Bitcoin, blockchain, or crypto technologies and the broader digital asset ecosystem
