Director of Human Resources Description

Our client, a national facilities services company, is looking for a Director of Human Resources to lead its HR function across 38 states, including California, Hawaii, and the territory of Puerto Rico. Leading a four-person HR team and supporting approximately 2,500 employees, you will shape HR strategy, strengthen processes, and partner closely with leadership and field operations.

The company offers a close-knit, family-oriented culture where HR has a visible seat at the table and ideas can quickly turn into action. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced, hands-on HR leader who enjoys building, improving, and making things better rather than navigating layers of corporate bureaucracy. If you’re looking for a role where you can make your mark and have a lasting impact, this is it.
