Director of Sales

Lead Casa's full sales motion, including outbound strategy, deal closing, team recruiting and coaching, revenue forecasting, quotas, pipeline management, sales processes, HubSpot workflows, reporting, enablement, partnerships, and growth channels.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute segmented sales strategies across institutional, retail, and financial service offerings.
• Own outbound targeting across Enterprise, Business, and Private Client segments.
• Own revenue forecasting, quota setting, and team KPIs across B2B and B2C.
• Use AI to improve sales team effectiveness.
• Recruit, lead, and coach sales talent.
• Maintain inbound, outbound, and account-management sales playbooks.
• Improve lead management, sales calls, follow-up, and closing processes.
• Set client expectations and ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success.
• Standardize lead routing, qualification criteria, and HubSpot workflows.
• Build reporting dashboards and enablement resources.
• Own pipeline accuracy in HubSpot for leadership and board reporting.
• Identify co-selling opportunities with ecosystem partners.
• Experiment with conferences, Bitcoin meetups, treasury outbound campaigns, and referral programs.

Requirements

• Meaningful Bitcoin experience, including self-custody knowledge.
• Experience leading a sales team, including hiring, development, and accountability.
• Experience owning revenue forecasting, quota setting, and pipeline management.
• Experience creating processes.
• Experience selling products requiring customer education and longer trust-building cycles.
• Experience selling to SMB, enterprise, high-net-worth, or institutional segments.
• AI-native sales workflow experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain multi-sig to different audiences.
