Director of Sales, Startale Japan（エンタープライズセールス）｜金融機関向けオンチェーン金融インフラの商業化をリード

Startale Group is seeking a Director of Sales to lead institutional sales in Japan and commercialize its onchain financial infrastructure for financial institutions and enterprises. The role owns opportunity creation, proposals, negotiations, contract closing, strategic partnerships, stakeholder consensus, and customer-driven product development.

Responsibilities

• Design the institutional sales strategy for the Japanese market
• Create new business opportunities with financial institutions, enterprises, and capital-markets participants
• Lead proposals, negotiations, and initial commercial closings for Startale OFK
• Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions, corporations, and external service providers
• Reflect customer needs and implementation barriers in product roadmaps and solution design
• Drive consensus among executives, business departments, and technical departments
• Develop the initial market from customer acquisition through commercialization
• Collaborate with Japanese and global Sales, BD, Product, Developer Relations, and Marketing teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience and advanced English proficiency
• At least three of the listed qualifications
• 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships experience
• Experience proposing or selling complex technology solutions to major Japanese companies or financial institutions
• Experience leading opportunities from origination through contracting and implementation
• Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles with multiple departments and decision-makers
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Experience in consultative sales and solution proposals
• Native-level Japanese and English communication skills
• Strong interest in blockchain, digital assets, AI, or next-generation financial infrastructure
