Director of Treasury & Financial Operations
Design scalable funds flows and operational workflows for new FinTech products and pilot programs while managing daily treasury operations, automating reporting, strengthening controls, optimizing wire processes, and supporting capital raising and investor engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable funds flows and operational workflows for new FinTech products and pilot programs
- Coordinate cross-functional support for Capital Markets and Revenue-related business areas
- Manage the daily division of labor and workflow for analyst responsibilities
- Execute high-volume wire transfers, ACH movements, cash reconciliations, and remittance reporting
- Automate the remittance reporting process with Servicing and Data functions
- Strengthen treasury-related controls in a public company and SOX-compliant environment
- Identify bottlenecks in wire processes and build operational efficiencies
- Translate technical challenges to leadership and strategic goals to analysts
- Support TopCo capital raising and investor engagement initiatives
- Follow company security policies and data handling procedures
- Complete mandatory security awareness training
- Report suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in financial operations or treasury within a fast-paced FinTech or high-growth financial services company
- Deep financial operations experience, particularly in mortgage servicing, preferred
- Experience designing payment infrastructure and operational funds flows for new products
- Knowledge of modern payment rails including Wires and ACH
- Experience mentoring and guiding workflows through functional leadership and collaborative influence
- Hands-on experience with daily execution and risk judgment under tight deadlines
- Experience in SOX-compliant environments
- Ability to progress into broader leadership responsibilities
- Ability to follow company security policies and data handling procedures
- Ability to complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes
- Ability to report suspected security incidents or suspicious activity
