Purpose
The Director, Sales Training and Enablement is responsible for building CENTEGIX's internal enablement function from the ground up. This role owns how our sellers learn the CENTEGIX story, our products, and how to sell using a consistent methodology as the company scales. You will design and own the curriculum, certifications, and measurement systems that turn new hires into confident contributors faster, and turn good performers into strong sellers and leaders.
This is a delivery-first seat. You bring deep expertise in a proven sales methodology and the credibility that comes from having sold or led sellers yourself, and you are the one in front of the room. This role personally facilitates the majority of live training across all three formats, in person, remote, and video, from new hire cohorts to sales kickoff to ongoing skill sessions with tenured sellers. If you would rather design the program and hand delivery to someone else, this is not the right seat.
This is an individual contributor role, building the enablement function from the ground up. This role is foundational to CENTEGIX's next stage of growth, ensuring that as we scale headcount, our people scale in capability and confidence just as fast.
Position Responsibilities
Sales methodology and selling skills
- Own the CENTEGIX sales methodology end to end, from selecting and adapting the framework to training it, reinforcing it, and holding the organization to a common language for qualification, discovery, and deal strategy
- Personally facilitate live training on a regular cadence, including new hire onboarding cohorts, sales kickoff, and recurring skill sessions, delivered in person at our Atlanta headquarters, remotely for distributed sellers, and through recorded video content for on-demand learning
- Design and deliver a structured selling skills curriculum covering discovery, qualification, objection handling, negotiation, and product-specific selling scenarios
- Embed the methodology into the daily workflow, including CRM stages, deal reviews, close plans, and forecast conversations, so it holds after the training session ends
- Coach sellers on skill application in the context of live deals, partnering with sales leadership who own deal strategy and performance outcomes
- Build and manage a certification program so managers and leadership can verify readiness at each stage, from onboarding through tenured performance
Company and product knowledge
- Own and continuously evolve training on the CENTEGIX story, mission, and product suite, ensuring every seller understands what we build, how it works, and how our products work together
- Translate product capability into selling scenarios tied to the buyer problems in each of our verticals, rather than teaching features in isolation
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to keep enablement content current as products, positioning, and the competitive landscape evolve
Curriculum ownership and measurement
- Own the full enablement curriculum end to end, from onboarding through ongoing skill development, ensuring content stays current and relevant as the company matures
- Audit and consolidate existing content across the organization, deciding what to keep, rewrite, or retire, and pulling scattered material into a single organized source of truth
- Source content directly from subject matter experts and top performers, translating what strong sellers do instinctively into teachable material, without waiting for finished inputs to be handed to you
- Establish clear metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, including ramp time, certification completion, methodology adoption, and manager and leadership readiness
- Report on enablement impact to leadership, tying programs back to business outcomes like time to productivity, win rate, and internal promotion readiness
