Drafter Cum Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, carpenters, and site teams
- Produce and update CAD drawings or assist engineers and designers to deliver precise technical documentation for projects
- Assist in cost estimation, quotation preparation, and tender documentation
- Perform quantity measurements and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and trade contractors.
- Handle project administration and documentation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in basic AutoCAD for producing and updating technical drawings
- Basic understanding of interior design principles and building regulations.
- Good communication and time management skills
