Job Summary
Develop detailed architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD, collaborate with clients for submissions and revisions, conduct on-site measurements to clarify project details, and coordinate issue resolution to support successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD software to support architectural and interior design projects
- Submit drawings to clients and revise them based on client feedback to ensure design accuracy and satisfaction
- Conduct on-site measurements with clients to clarify spatial details and improve drawing precision
- Coordinate with clients to resolve issues arising from drawing comments, ensuring smooth project progress
- Manage assigned tasks independently to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working with architectural and interior design drawings and related works
- Background or specialization in construction or interior design industries
- Attention to detail and meticulous approach to drawing development
Other Information
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Work schedule: 5.5 days during probation period, with alternate Saturdays off upon confirmation of employment
