Duty Manager - Food & Beverage

Purpose: Responsible for leading the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, ensuring compliance, and leading the team in line with Radisson RED Auckland standards.

Areas of Responsibility

Leadership

• Lead, coach and develop restaurant and bar team
• Prepare rosters and manage performance

Operations

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations
• Manage Bar operations, including stock take and orders
• Ensure quality service and brand standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and events

Financial

• Control labour, food and beverage costs
• Manage stocktakes and revenue opportunities

Compliance

• Ensure NZ food safety, liquor licensing and H&S compliance

• 3–5 years hotel F&B leadership experience
• LCQ and Manager’s Certificate
• Strong leadership and communication
• Opera Cloud/POS/Oracle experience preferred
• Flexible shifts including weekends/public holidays
