Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day floor operations
- Lead, support and motivate the team during your shift
- Ensure high standards of guest service, presentation and compliance
- Manage guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Support cash handling, reporting and venue security procedures
- Ensure RSA and other compliance obligations are met at all times
- Work closely with the Venue Manager and broader leadership team
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory hospitality role
- Current RSA
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused during busy periods
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and nights
- A proactive, hands-on approach and genuine passion for hospitality
