The Integrated Operations Communication Center (IOCC) Manager is responsible for executing the operational schedule of all flights in a way that aligns with the company’s business objectives. They are also responsible for reviewing information on weather, aircraft, crew availability, and anything else that may impact the operation. They must anticipate any problems and implement plans to ensure that the airline continues to run smoothly.
Here’s what you’ll do
Ensure resources are in place for the IOCC team, including technology and other resources to best do their job
Manage System Integrity and Performance as well as Irregular Operations (IROPs)
Conducting Operational Strategy sessions for planning and performance
Work cross-departmentally and communicate with all leadership so they are aware and included in operational decision-making
Manage fleet routing, schedule updates (including structural initiatives), and charter operations
Develop alerts and reporting systems providing a one-stop-shop for real-time information
Other duties as assigned

Here’s what you need to be successful
Minimum Qualifications
4-year degree from an accredited university
5+ years experience in airline operations control
High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success
Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines
Must have authorization to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Demands & Working Conditions
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, handling documents, and operating standard office equipment
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching within an office environment
Clear verbal and written communication, requiring adequate speech, hearing, and vision
